Honor Bands 

ABOUT 

Honor Bands are unique ensembles made up of top student musicians selected from multiple schools through audition or nomination. They typically perform once a year, following a clinic or camp. These groups provide band students with the opportunity to perform challenging music alongside other talented peers under the direction of esteemed conductors. Events such as All-County, All-District, and All-State Honor Bands allow students to grow musically, develop advanced ensemble skills, and represent their school at a high level. Participating in honor band is a valuable experience that encourages excellence, builds confidence, and often inspires lifelong connections through music from around the state and country.
